Each service is as good as the advice coming with it. cotac customers have a right not only to services, but to performance. Take advantage of our services – we can and will provide you assistance. Good drivers should be well cared for – and rewarded. Each driver bears a great deal of responsibility. We don’t regard our well-equipped lounges for drivers as just customer service, we know what drivers do and how important it is for them to rest. In addition to hot coffee, we provide cold refreshments and an opportunity to warm up food, too. Meals can be eaten along with colleagues in canteens. Showers and wash rooms for drivers have been set up at many cotac locations. Our driver bonus point programme. Collecting is fun and pays off. Each driver participating in the cotac bonus point programme receives a cotac bonus card every time he accompanies a tank cleaning. Bonus cards can be exchanged for attractive prizes at all German cotac locations. And anyone who has seen the selection of available prizes will want to take part from the very start. cotac Belgium has a separate bonus point programme. Here the drivers can collect points in order to have a meal in the canteen or change their points for other interesting prizes. |
